Durch das Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 "Haftung für Links" (312 O 85/98) hat
das Landesgericht Hamburg eindeutig entschieden, dass man durch die
Anbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu
verantworten hat, also haftbar gemacht werden kann; dies kann nur dadurch
verhindert werden, indem man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten
distanziert.
RE-ACTIO distanziert sich hiermit ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten
sämtlicher gelinkter Seiten auf www.re-actio.com und verweist darauf, dass
sie weder Einfluss auf Gestaltung und Inhalte der gelinkten Seiten hat
noch sich diese Inhalte zu eigen macht.

Statement] Responsibility for links:
In its decision of 12 May, 1998 "Haftung für Links [Liability for linked
pages]" (312 O 85/98) the State Court of Hamburg stated that one can be
held responsible for the content of links which are on one's webpages
unless there is a clear disclaimer to the contrary.
RE-ACTIO hereby distances itself explicitly from the content of any and
all webpages noted as links on its website www.re-actio.com and subwebs
and points out that it has neither influence on the content and form of
the links nor does it necessarily agree with their content. |
