Ein Freund aus USA<\/span> schick\u00adte mir per E-Mail den fol\u00adgen\u00adden Text, der angeb\u00adlich aus der *Lon\u00addon Times* stam\u00admen soll, na ja, wer will das schon so genau wissen?
\nLetzt\u00adlich kommt es doch auf die Aus\u00adsa\u00adge an, und die fand ich ganz tref\u00adfend, wenn\u00adgleich nicht abso\u00adlut pa\u00df\u00adge\u00adnau, so doch min\u00adde\u00adstens wert brei\u00adter bekannt gemacht zu werden.<\/p>\n

\nToday we mourn the pas\u00adsing of a bel\u00adoved old fri\u00adend, Com\u00admon Sen\u00adse, who has been with us for many years.
\nNo one knows for sure how old he was, sin\u00adce his birth records were long ago lost in bureau\u00adcra\u00adtic red tape. He will be remem\u00adbe\u00adred as having cul\u00adti\u00adva\u00adted such valuable les\u00adsons as:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n


\n- Kno\u00adwing when to come in out of the rain;
\n- Why the ear\u00adly bird gets the worm;
\n- Life isn't always fair;
\n- And may\u00adbe it was my fault.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n


\nCom\u00admon Sen\u00adse lived by simp\u00adle, sound finan\u00adcial poli\u00adci\u00ades (don't spend more than you can earn) and relia\u00adble stra\u00adte\u00adgies (adults, not child\u00adren, are in char\u00adge). His health began to dete\u00adrio\u00adra\u00adte rapid\u00adly when well-inten\u00adtio\u00adned but over\u00adbea\u00adring regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons were set in place. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 - Reports of a 6-year-old boy char\u00adged with sexu\u00adal harass\u00adment for kis\u00adsing a classmate; <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 - teens sus\u00adpen\u00added from school for using mouth\u00adwa\u00adsh after lunch; and <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 - a tea\u00adcher fired for repri\u00adman\u00adding an unru\u00adly stu\u00addent, only worsened his condition.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Com\u00admon Sen\u00adse lost ground when par\u00adents attacked tea\u00adchers for doing the job that they them\u00adsel\u00adves had fai\u00adled to do in disci\u00adpli\u00adning their unru\u00adly child\u00adren. It declined even fur\u00adther when <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 - schools were requi\u00adred to get paren\u00adtal con\u00adsent to admi\u00adni\u00adster sun lotion or an aspi\u00adrin to a student; <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 - but could not inform par\u00adents when a stu\u00addent beca\u00adme pregnant and wan\u00adted to have an abortion.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Com\u00admon Sen\u00adse lost the will to live as the churches beca\u00adme businesses;
\nand cri\u00admi\u00adnals recei\u00adved bet\u00adter tre\u00adat\u00adment than their victims.
\nCom\u00admon Sen\u00adse took a bea\u00adting when you couldn't defend yours\u00adelf from a
\nburglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.
\nCom\u00admon Sen\u00adse final\u00adly gave up the will to live, after a woman fai\u00adled to rea\u00adli\u00adze that a steam\u00ading cup of cof\u00adfee was hot. She spil\u00adled a litt\u00adle in her lap, and was prompt\u00adly award\u00aded a huge settlement.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Com\u00admon Sen\u00adse was pre\u00adce\u00added in death,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

-by his par\u00adents, Truth and Trust,
\n-by his wife, Discretion,
\n-by his daugh\u00adter, Responsibility,
\n-and by his son, Reason.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

He is sur\u00advi\u00adved by his 5 stepchildren;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Not many atten\u00added his fun\u00ade\u00adral becau\u00adse so few rea\u00adli\u00adzed he was gone.
