He said that the com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon of fat, high heat, and pla\u00adstics releases dioxin into the food and ulti\u00adm\u00adate\u00adly into the cells of the body. Instead, he recom\u00admends using glass, such as Cor\u00adning Ware*, Pyrex** or cera\u00admic con\u00adtai\u00adners for hea\u00adting food. You get the same results, only wit\u00adhout the dioxin. So such things as TV<\/span> din\u00adners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be remo\u00adved from the con\u00adtai\u00adner and hea\u00adted in some\u00adthing else.
    \nPaper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tem\u00adpe\u00adred glass, Cor\u00adning Ware, etc.<\/p>\n
