The "BORG" feeling ....
Fortschritte der Technologie sind aus zwei Gründen sorgfältig nach ihrem Nutzen abzuwägen:
- Zuerst hinsichtlich der => Notwendigkeit,
- als Zweites nach ihren => Auswirkungen auf die verbrieften Rechte jedes Individuums .... mir scheint, es hapert zunehmend daran, dergleichen Überlegungen anzustellen:

Ohne jede Vorsicht oder Abwägung wird eingeführt was "machbar" ist - ein fatales Geschehen, dessen 'Fortschrittsgeschwindigkeit' sich nach dem Muster einer Lawine verselbständigt ....
